Barracuda was among the companies invited to participate in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Email Security, Q2 2021. In this evaluation, Barracuda was cited as a Leader in the category.

The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Email Security, Q2 2021 is a guide for buyers considering email-security solutions. The detailed analysis evaluates products and services on 25 criteria, including deployments options, incident response, and support and customer success.

Barracuda’s email security recognized in several categories

Barracuda received the highest score possible in the seven criteria, which include:

    • Deployment options
    • Content processing capabilities
    • Incident response
    • Scalability and reliability
    • Support and customer success

In the evaluation, Barracuda was specifically cited for offering “a product portfolio that includes integrated solutions for email security, cloud backup, email archiving, DMARC authentication, SA&T, and web security.”

The Forrester report also stated that “One reference commented that Barracuda Network’s incident response feature ‘is a superior product for the continuous remediation option provided as well as the straightforward process for starting remediations.’”
