A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to attend IT Nation Connect in Orlando Florida with the Barracuda team. Along with seeing all of the exciting things that the team had in store for the event, the team and I got to meet new and novice managed service providers (MSPs), partners of Barracuda, and IT professionals from across the globe.
The Barracuda Recharge Lounge
Many of our conversations with MSPs took place in the Barracuda Recharge Lounge! This space was perfect for event attendees to charge up their devices, get work done, or just take a quick break to rest their feet.
We also provided an opportunity for MSPs to meet with our team live in the Recharge Lounge. The team met with over 100 MSPs during the course of the event. These meetings were instrumental for Barracuda to hear first-hand what MSPs are focused on, the challenges they want to overcome, and the opportunities they’re seizing today. A key theme that came out of these discussions was that MSPs want to better protect their customers and serve their diverse needs with solutions such as Managed Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Email Protection, SASE firewall, and Zero Trust Network Access, Data Protection, and Barracuda’s Partner Success Program.

The Barracuda team also had fun chatting with partners and MSPs at our booth. It’s always great to meet so many new faces and reconnect with old friends. Not to mention, everyone who stopped by was able to grab some awesome Barracuda swag, too!
When in Orlando…
Team bonding is always a huge benefit of these events! What better place for team bonding activities than sunny Orlando, Florida? Luckily, we found a couple of openings in the busy schedule to prioritize this.
Universal Studios is always a must! It was great to catch up with some of the people we met at IT Nation later on at the park.
